The Hobbywing Xerun V10 17.5T G4 Black Motor (HW30401141) is engineered for racing, delivering measurable gains over the V10 G3R with a 9.8% higher KV, 5% more maximum output power, and 4% lower internal resistance. An innovative fully exposed stator core and large rear opening maximise heat dissipation for more stable performance over a run.

Installation and setup are simplified with dual sensor interfaces and widened copper bar spacing for easier soldering. A built-in high-precision Hall sensor and balanced rotor provide outstanding linearity, while the serviceable case design helps with routine maintenance. Built from high-temperature materials and premium bearings, it’s compliant with IFMAR, ROAR, EFRA, BRCA and JMRCA rules, and certified to RoHS, CE and FCC standards.

Features

  • Race-focused performance: +9.8% KV, +5% max output power, −4% internal resistance versus V10 G3R.
  • Enhanced cooling: fully exposed stator core increases direct heat dissipation area by 25.6% plus a large rear opening.
  • Dual sensor interface to suit different wiring and layouts.
  • Widened copper bar spacing for easier, cleaner soldering.
  • High-precision Hall sensor and balanced rotor for excellent linearity.
  • Easy-to-dismantle case for maintenance and wear-part replacement.
  • High-performance stator core, 200°C wire, 180°C rotor, high-precision high-strength bearings, and high-current copper solder tabs.
  • Compliant with IFMAR, ROAR, EFRA, BRCA, JMRCA; certified RoHS, CE, FCC.

Cautions

To avoid short circuits, ensure all wires and joints are well insulated before connecting the motor.

  • Do not allow contact with water, oil, fuel, or other conductive liquids. If it occurs, stop use immediately and dry thoroughly.
  • Read all device and chassis manuals to ensure a rational power configuration.
  • Never apply full throttle without a pinion fitted; high no‑load RPM can damage the motor.
  • Check all connections carefully; poor connections can cause loss of control or component damage.
  • Limit soldering to 5 seconds per tab with a ≥60 W iron to avoid heat damage.
  • Stop use if the motor case exceeds 100°C / 212°F; excessive heat can damage the motor and demagnetise the rotor. Activating ESC “Motor Thermal Protection” is recommended.
