At SKIM RC Racing, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently.
1. Processing Times
In-stock items (parts & accessories):
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Custom-painted bodyshells:
As these are made to order, please allow 7–14 working days for completion before dispatch.
(You will be updated throughout the process where possible.)
2. Shipping Times
United Kingdom:
Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch.
International Orders:
Estimated delivery: 5–10 working days depending on location.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
5. Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, SKIM RC Racing is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Customs processing
- Weather or external disruptions
6. International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
8. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date)
- Include your order number and any relevant photos
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
